Steps to apply

Parent or legal guardian will need to create a profile to submit an application.

Upload parents, legal guardian document (ID of legal guardian and student, birth certificate of student)

Proof of income, current year, federal income tax return document with the parents, legal guardian's information, current years form 1040, (pages 1-2)

Legal proof of residency.

Academic records (Report card of previous 3 years and or Transcripts)

Include an essay elaborating on how the scholarship would contribute to the student long-term goals.

Three letters of recommendation (Teacher, Community member, and Pastor).

Current school release papers and the private school applying for acceptance letter.
